Amateur Single Dance Events
*Costumes may be worn in all categories however no thongs permitted.
*Materials danced must coincide with NDCA approved step lists.

Age Divisions:
*Age Divisions may be merged if there are less than three entries.
*Competitors may dance two consecutive age groups.  (see rule #13)

A1-(19-29),  A2 (30-39),  A3 (40-49),   B1-(50-59),  B2 (60-69),   C1-(70 – 79),  C2 (80+)

Levels:
* 2 consecutive levels up to and including the Pre-Champ Division. (see rule #14)
*Levels may be merged if there are less than 3 entries in a division.
*No Lifts permitted.

Level Descriptions:

Newcomer: Are for those who have had less than 30 Hours of lessons and have never competed at a competitive event.

Newcomer & Pre-Bronze: Are considered part of Bronze 1 and dancers may compete in all levels up to Full Bronze.

Closed Divisions: Materials danced must coincide with NDCA approved step lists.

Hustle: Lifts are permitted in Open Only
