Professional Divisions Now Closed
The professional divisions are now closed to new entries. The program has gone to print and write-ins or walk-ins will not be accepted, except in the case of organizer error.

Location Clarification: Bellmawr NJ, not Belmar
The American Star Ball Championships, May 14-16th 2010, is being held in Bellmawr, NJ which is located in Camden County (South Jersey) a 15 minute drive from Philadelphia.   Please be aware there are two towns with similar names in NJ.    The other town is Belmar, NJ located in Monmouth County (North Jersey – by the beach).    We have received multiple calls and emails confusing the two towns. The NDCA website has the wrong town listed and unfortunately, it has not been corrected as of yet.  Please make sure you plan your trip accordingly so you do not miss your events. Salsa Showdown
Just Added! The American Star Salsa Showdown event will be held on Sunday, May 16th at the American Star Ball. The Salsa Showdown is open to Amateur and Student/Student couples to compete for the title of the American Star Salsa Showdown Champion and scholarship prize money! The event is open to all ages and levels, and anything goes in this event!  Bring your hottest Salsa routine and compete in the Salsa Showdown!
Salsa Showdown Scholarship Awards:
1st Place: $150, 2nd Place: $100, 3rd Place: $50

Workshop with US Champions Jose’ Decamps and Joanna Zacharewicz
Just Added! Friday night, May 14th 7:30 pm, will be a workshop with the US 3 Times undefeated American Rhythm Champions, Jose’ Decamps and Joanna Zacharewicz. The class will be followed by the Open Dance till midnight, then the package holders’ Pizza Party!
