We are heading to the Tropicana! Advanced ticket sales are now closed. Spectator tickets are are available at the door for all sessions including the Saturday night Gala Event featuring all the open professional divisions and the show by the World and British Exhibition Champions Victor Da Silva and Hanna Karttunen! If you have program corrections or changes you can handle them at the event, see Susan at the corrections desk. If you need to contact the organizer’s please call Roxanne’s cell (609) 346-8209. Calls to the office or emails will not be received.

Corrections and Changes or Late Entries

This is the last day corrections or changes will be addressed before the competition. As of Thursday, you will need to wait until you are at the event to make changes to your entries. We will not be able to access our email, so please do not email your changes or questions as of tomorrow.

Late entries will only be accepted for pro/am and amateur competitors so long as they can fit into existing heats and do not create another round. They need to be received today otherwise you can make your request in person at the event. Professional divisions are closed, no write – in entries will be accepted, except in the case of administration error.

If you need to reach us you can call Roxanne’s cell during the event (609) 346-8209. Messages will be checked periodically throughout the event.

The official schedule of events for the 2011 American Star Ball has been posted. Please visit the schedule page for the times of all events. For individual competitor heat lists click here. Heat lists will be fully updated by May 17th. Please plan to be in the ballroom at least one hour prior to your scheduled time in case the competition runs early.

Time Change: Friday May 20th Session 1 now starting at 1pm

The American Star Ball Session 1 will now begin two hours earlier at 1 pm instead of the previously scheduled time on Friday May 20th.
