No fighting with the hotel, no searching for a seat, no figuring out which session tickets are needed, no waiting in line to purchase tickets… We do it all for you!   Choose one of the following package options for attending the American Star Ball Championships.  Please note that the fees below are wholesale package prices only. If attending the event with your studio or teacher, you should expect your final cost to include a markup on all items to cover the loss of studio income and teaching hours, as well as your teacher’s salary, time, travel, and expenses.  Every teacher and studio has different rates, so if you have questions regarding your entry fees, inquire with your teacher.

Very Important: We have a block of rooms reserved at the Tropicana. The group rate is only available until May 10th or until our block is sold, whichever happens first. Package orders need to be received with payment by the Deadline – May 2nd- so we can secure your hotel accommodations at the group rate.  Late registrations may incur additional charges based on the hotel’s regular room rate at that time and will be billed to you accordingly

Package A
#A1 – Single – $800.00
#A2 – Double – $625.00

  • Hotel Accommodations on Friday and Saturday (May 20th and 21st)
  • Breakfast – Saturday and Sunday
  • Admission to all Sessions
  • Dinner Friday night and the After Hours Welcome Reception

Package B
#B1 – Single – $500.00
#B2 – Double – $390.00

Additional Information

Hotel Check- In Time: 3:00 pm until 10 pm. 
Hotel Check-Out Time  11:00 am (late check outs must be arranged with the hotel directly)
